Vision is our Junior High Ministry here at TPC. We are dedicated to teaching biblical truths in a relevant and topical way, growing deeper in our faith in Christ, building relationships with each other, and having fun together.
“Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.”
~1st Timothy 4:12~
Vision Wednesday Nights meets during the school year from 7:00-8:30 in the youth room. We play awesome games, eat delicious food, read and learn about the Bible, and discuss life in small groups.
VISION Kicks Off Wednesday, September 18! Please register your student – no cost!
The last Wednesday of each month is Refuel Night in which we enjoy dinner together, play games, and join our high school students in a time of meaningful worship through song, scripture, and prayer. Cost is $5.
On Sunday mornings we meet in the youth room during the worship service. During this time, we fellowship, eat together, read scripture together, watch videos, have discussion, and pray together. The first Sunday of each month is Communion Sunday. Students are invited to worship in the sanctuary and partake in Communion.
For area students who have PLC Days on Mondays, we open up our campus until 3:30 in the afternoon on some of those days for students to come and hang out. We offer free pizza, snacks, and drinks, as well as a movie, outdoor and indoor games and activities, and quiet areas for homework, reading, or crafts. This is a great place to invite friends. Cost for this is absolutely free. To see a schedule of which Mondays the campus is open, click here.
Another way we continue to grow in our community together is through our special events, camps, and service opportunities. Off-campus events include fun things like Laser Tag, Boomers, CircusTrix, Beach Bonfires and more.
Every Summer we spend a week at Forest Home Summer Camp where students are able to encounter Christ in an extraordinary way, as well as build awesome relationships with each other and the leaders.
We also provide students with opportunities to serve throughout the year, either on our TPC campus packing Bags of Hope, Operation Christmas Child shoe boxes, etc. or off-campus through organizations like City Service Mission where they are given the opportunity to experience more impoverished areas and serve those living there.
